The background that everyone uses for their pic packs, like this one.



I downloaded the original TEW 2004 files and they don't have it, they have metal shadow standing in place in the middle.

It's KyKy's background. For those who may not know, he made an insane amount of pics for '04, and basically - if you'll excuse the cliche - became the standard by which pic packs were measured.

He finally posted the background in his 9th pack, since he got burned out and decided to let people make their own after that.



So there it is, with some backstory to go with it. Because I tend to write too much.

Just remember, if you're going to be making some pics, to add a 1 pixel black border over the whole thing. If you want it to look good, that is.
