Pulp Fiction
Jurassic Park
Star Wars: The Empire Strikes Back (though the other two originals are also grand)
American Pie
No Country For Old Men
Goldfinger
The Wedding Singer
The Waterboy (what can I say, I'm pro-Adam Sandler)
3:10 To Yuma
Kill Bill (both Vol. 1&2)
Inglorious Basterds (also pro-Tarantino)
Star Treks 2, 4, 6, and First Contact
Ferris Bueller's Day Off (not my fault The Two can't accept a "rich" kid protagonist )
Se7en
Frailty
Signs
The Land Before Time

And the list goes on and on. But sitting down, these are the movies that first came to mind. Normally I wouldn't add a movie as relatively new as Inglorious Basterds to the list, but... damn. Christoph Waltz's performance alone rockets that movie into a permanent spot in my lifetime top 10.

The Lion King
Yes, I know it's a kids' movie, but it's also a great story, and I'm a sucker for a musical.
The Breakfast Club
If I need to explain this one, you haven't seen the movie.
Almost Famous
Fun story, makes you wish you could have been there, plus it's got Zooey Deschanel in it <3.
The Princess Bride
See The Breakfast Club above.
Aladdin
Yep, another Disney modern classic, this one just because it's pure fun from beginning to end.
Serenity
Mostly because I love Firefly, Serenity is not without its great moments though.
