What the title says. The MP side of TEW is definately, imo, the least developed part... yet also the most interesting (again, imo). Playing by email is in the first place not optimal, but it's certainly not bettered by stuff like not being able to enter a password if it's not set from the beginning, the first player always getting the workers approached if two or more players with the same prestige apply for the same workers, events being booked AFTER a turn instead of during it, essentially creating a new turn (and thus more waiting time when you have to send the save to someone else back and forth all the time), etc...
TEW has huge MP potential, and I hope the next version will deliver a bit better on this aspect.
Please improve multiplayer
