Question about recruits?

Just wondering about the recruits that are generated. Will there be certain high schools that will produce a lot of blue chip recruits? Such as certain high school football hot beds such as Texas, California, Florida, Louisiana, etc. Also will there be certain places that produce certain positions like Western Pennsylvania with quarterbacks like Montana and Marino? I think that would be great if there were something like that in the game. Once you got a couple of kids from one school you would have an "in" there and would make recruiting easier like in real life.

There won't be "positional" strengths down to the HS level. However, High schools have their own "prestige" in the game and certain high schools will end up with better recruits over time.

Will there likely be more schools with high prestige in real-life hot-beds? Also, are these ratings stagnant or do they evolve over time?
