Default Biggest drinkers, drug users in C-Verse?

Does anyone know who the biggest drinkers/drug users/smokers are in the C-verse? I was going through the converted DOTT data and wanted to establish a base. The settings in DOTT are way too high.

BSS had something like 46% on steroids.

Rip Chord has reformed from 50% of drinking.

Texas Pete, the hardest partying wrestler of the modern era, is a 44 in drinking. Jack Griffith is a reformed 70 in drinking and a reformed 11 in soft drugs.

If you're including steroid use, Steel is a 60 and The Big Problem is an 80.
