Offensive Gameplan not Valid? (ok now, solved myself)

Just downloaded the demo and am playing as Hawaii. I set my offensive/defensive strategies and playbooks, etc. (all using the suggestions to start with). However, when I go in week1 to the weekly schedule and try to play my game, I get an error message saying Offensive Gameplan not valid. I don't know what else to add, but any suggestions would be helpful. I might be missing something obvious.

Forgot to notice the "Use for this week's game button" was not selected when I selected the gameplan.

Forgot to mention I did save after each change.

I get this message even after hitting save and clicking on the " Use This Week" button. Whenever i switch my gameplan to one of the pre-set "IR" (I'm assuming this means Inside Run) or "OR" (Outside Run) gameplans i get this message. Whenever i select Normal or Pass gameplans everything goes fine. Am i missing something? Are the IR and OR's merely a submenu of the other two gameplans and not a seperate gameplan of their own? Any help is appreciated.

Make sure you do it for both offense and defense as well, maybe that will help.
