Withdraw Coaching Offers

I'd like to see the ability to withdraw an offer for a coach when you see he has a better offer from somewhere else. Then you could offer the job to someone else instead of waiting for the AI to do it and give you a fighting chance to get someone decent.

I *think* you can do this. If the week has passed and you see you're not the leading offer, you should be able to pick him on your list "*Coach's Name." Then you should be able to click on "Fire Coach." Yeah, you're not really firing him but it opens up the spot nonetheless.

At least I think that's how I did it.
