Official Rules for Grey Dog Software's "Enter to Win a GDS Game" Contest
The Grey Dog Software Contest "Enter to Win a GDS Game" (the 'Contest') will begin on May 4, 2005, 8:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time and will end at midnight Eastern Standard Time on Thursday, June 30, 2005. All entries must have been received by midnight Central Eastern Time on Thursday, June 30, 2005. The sponsor of this Contest is Grey Dog Software ('Sponsors').
Eligibility:
Void where prohibited or restricted by law. No purchase necessary. The Contest is open to entrants who are at least 13 years of age. Employees, officers, directors, agents and representatives of the Sponsors and their respective parent companies, affiliates and subsidiaries, and immediate family members of any of the foregoing, are not eligible to enter the Contest.
How to Enter:
Purchase a copy of Total Pro Basketball 2005 between the dates of 8 AM EST on May 4, 2005 and 12 PM EST on June 30, 2005.

Send an index card with your name, email, phone number, address, email address and user name from GDS forum to the following address: 128 W. Mountain Sage Dr, Phoenix, Arizona, 85045.
Entrants must provide accurate contact information (valid e-mail and postal addresses). Winners who do not respond within two weeks of notification will forgo their prizes.
Selection and Notification of Winners:
Winners will be randomly selected on by Grey Dog Software, whose decision will be final.
The winner will be notified by e-mail. The winner must reply within seven (7) days of being notified, and, unless prohibited by law, must execute an affidavit of eligibility and publicity/liability release with that same seven (7) day period, or an alternate winner may be selected. Sponsors are not responsible for and shall not be liable for late, lost, misdirected, or unsuccessful efforts to notify winners. Except where prohibited, acceptance of prize constitutes consent by winner to the use of name, likeness and biographical data for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation. Winner must be 13 or older. If a selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim a prize, or fails to return a completed and executed affidavit and release as required, an alternate winner may be selected.
Prizes:
Each of the five selected winners will a free registered copy of one GDS title, including: Bowl Bound College Football, Total Extreme Wrestling 2005, Total Pro Basketball 2005 or Wrestling Spirit.
The prizes are not transferable or assignable and they are not redeemable for cash, except that the Sponsors reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the prize is unavailable. All winners are responsible for the payment of any and all taxes and/or licenses and/or other related local, State, Federal fees that may apply to such winnings.
Conditions:
By entering the Contest, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the interpretation thereof by the Sponsors, which shall be final. The Sponsors reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to cancel or suspend the Contest if any bug, virus or other cause beyond the Sponsors' control corrupts the administration or security of the Contest. The Sponsors may prohibit any person from participating in the Contest if, in the sole opinion of the Sponsors, such person repeatedly shows a disregard for these Official Rules; acts in an unsportsmanlike manner; acts with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other participant or any representative of any Sponsor; or acts in any other disruptive manner. Contest entries may be disqualified in the Sponsors' sole discretion if attempts are made to disrupt the Contest or circumvent the provisions of these Official Rules; in such event, the Sponsors reserve the right to remedy any such action, disruption or circumvention in a manner which is, in the Sponsors' sole opinion, fair and equitable to Contest participants. The Sponsors (and their officers, directors, employees, shareholders, agents and representatives, and the parent companies, subsidiaries and affiliates of the foregoing, and the advertising, promotion and legal advisors thereof) are not responsible for (a) late, lost, delayed, damaged, misdirected, incomplete, illegible or unintelligible entries, (b) any failure or malfunction of, or difficulty with, any telephone line, cable line or other means of transmission, or any computer or other equipment, or any software or other program, (c) errors in transmission, (d) any condition caused by events beyond the control of the Sponsors that may cause damage to any participant's hardware or software, (e) any injury, loss or damage of any kind caused by any prize or resulting from acceptance, possession or use of any prize, or from participation in the Contest, or (f) any printing or typographical error in any materials associated with the Contest.
Applicable Law:
By entering the Contest, you agree that the Contest will be governed by Arizona law, that Arizona state and federal courts shall have sole jurisdiction over any dispute or litigation arising out of or related to the Contest, and that venue shall lie only in Phoenix, Arizona.
Odds:
Odds of winning are based on the number of eligible entries received.
Miscellaneous
The Contest is subject to all federal, state and local laws.
A list of winners will be posted at the contest page on July 1, 2005.
